Persons who are older than 65 years of age and who are single can be eligible for residence with their children who are residing here in the Netherlands. First and foremost requirement is that the majority of the children live here in the Netherlands and there may not be any adult children still living in the country of origin.

Furthermore, at least one of the children must have an income of at least 100% of the minimum wage on the basis a contract of one year.
