Altattorneys Amsterdam was founded by three attorneys with extensive experience in the field of immigration law. The firm aims to provide legal aid and representation to individuals who are in a dispute with governmental authorities.

Furthermore our firm can represent you if you choose to file a complaint against the Dutch government before the European Court of Human Rights.

Due to strict cost management our firm can offer you attractive rates. Depending on the nature, the complexity and the urgency of the case the hourly rate will vary between 120 and 150 euro excluding 19% BTW tax. 

If the nature of the case allows it a lump sum can be agreed on. This form of payment is often used in cases were assistance and advice in application procedures of a visas or residence permits is required.

To low-income households the firm also offers government funded legal aid.
