To be eligible for a permanent residence permit, you must meet the following basic requirements:
- You do not pose a threat to public order.
- You have five years or longer consecutive stay with a valid residence permit (no residence gap).
- You must have sufficient and sustainable means of income. If you have had legal residence for a continuous period of ten years will be exempted from this requirement.
- You are sufficiently integrated, ergo you should have passed the integration exam or an equivalent to this.
